Everyone starts 10 acres and a medium sized barn which can hold up to 8 horses. However in the shop, stable owners can add land in 2 acre lots via the shop. You will also have to keep track in the number acres that you have as each horse needs 2 acres. Additionally, barns can also be bought in the shop, but beware they require acres to be built.
Small Barn: Holds four horses and requires 2 acres
Medium Barn: Holds eight horses and requires 4 acres
Large Barn: Holds twelve horses and requires 6 acres
