Each week during a season there will be at least 3 shows that are Sponsored by Blue Ribbon Superstars. They will be the following:

1 Eventing (Dressage, Cross Country, Show Jumping): Green, Intermediate, Advanced, Gold Medal Levels

1 Show Jumping: Green, Intermediate, Advanced, Gold Medal Levels

1 Dressage: Green, Intermediate, Advanced, Gold Medal Levels

Sponsorship

In order sponsor a show, you must have a sponsorship token (and the staff will check to see you have it) and fill out a form in the Sponsorship Board (which can be found in the Show Ring Catagory). Your Sponsorship thread must go up at least 1 season (so two real weeks) before the show is run. If approved, you may make a thread in the Entry Board as soon as the season changes. You are allowed to Sponsor a show twice a season.

How to Enter

In order to enter a show, there will be a thread created with the name of the show and the type of show in brackets. You will need to post the level and the name of the horse you are entering, plus the entry fees and such.

Results

The Results will be generated using the Random.org Sequence Generator. Each horse will be given a number (depending on the time of entry) and the order the generator says will be the order of finish for each horse.

Horses can be shown until the age of 25, stallions and mares may not show and be bred at the same time. Points and Levels are explained in the Horses Thread.

How to get Show Winnings? (Activity check)

In order to get show winnings, you must go to the monthly earnings board which is under the General Store area. A thread will be created after the previous seasons results are posted and you will be able to post how much you are owed for that season. Please post only once per season in order to keep everything as streamlined as possible. Once the thread is locked, then receiving earnings for that season is unavailable. This is also the activity check thread for the game. If you miss 3 seasons receiving money then your account will be delated and your horses will be put into the Game Barn (Pike Dance Stable) and sold during the yearly dispersal auction which is held in between years.

Pike Dance Stable

Pike Dance Stable is the Game Stable. These horses will only be entered into a show if there are less then 5 horses into the level. These horses will not level up unless they are purchased by a member stable. Then their points will be added up and will be required to be placed at the correct level after a 2 season transition period to get them up to speed in the level below their new level.

Rest time

Horses are allowed to enter 1 show per season. This means if they show Week 1 of say Spring, they can not show again until at least Week 1 of Summer. Horses are allowed to be scratched and will be able to show in the next week (or season if it's Week 2).

Showing Age

Horses may begin to show at the age of 5 and go to the age of 25.

Changing Disciplines

Horses are not allowed to change disciplines without permission from the Show Steward. If they receive the permission, their point totals will be cut in half. So if a horse has 16 points they will go down to 8 points, so beware when you this. It is highly recommended that you only do this with geldings or with horses you don't plan on breeding yourself.

If a horse does breed and is shown in multiple disciplines, then their total of both of their points will be added up and divided by 2. So keep record of both disciplines.

Show Steward

The Show Steward is the staff member who runs the show ring. They are the ones who primarily will be posting the shows and results. They also deal with horses who change disciplines and run Pike Dance Stable (along with their own).
